Responsibilities & tasks
1. Achieve the yearly targets which will be setup together with Management
2. Build a strong pipeline in company’s system
3. Build up and maintain a pipeline in company’s system in accordance with company guidelines
4. According to company’s guideline, attend sales meetings per week. (subject to change)
5. Gain new business and new trade lanes
6. Cold call and focus on develop big direct client
7. All activities on new, existing and potential customers including service lines must be listed in company’s system
8. Plan sales activities in advance so ensure efficient and effective time management.
9. Weekly presentation of pipeline and activities using company’s system (dashboard) to management
10. List account information, contact details, meeting schedules, opportunities and service lines as well as visiting reports in accordance with company guidelines.
11. Establish strong relationships to customers as well as colleagues
12. Submit monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
13. Responsible for assisting in collecting of payment from customers in accordance with company guidelines
14. Share relevant market intelligence with product and sales management to ensure consistent competitiveness
15. Involvement of product specialists, customers service, RDMs or/and management.

7. 所有关于新客户、现有客户和潜在客户(包括服务线)的活动必须在公司系统中列出
8. 提前计划销售活动,确保充足高效的时间管理。
9. 每周向管理层汇报公司系统内的渠道和进展
10. 根据公司规定列出客户信息、联系方式、会议日程、机会和服务热线以及访问报告。
11. 与客户、同事建立牢固的关系
12. 根据公司规定提交月度费用报告
13. 负责按照公司规定,协助客户收款
14. 与产品和销售经理分享相关市场信息和动态,确保一致的竞争力
15. 参与产品专家、客户服务、RDM或管理层的相关工作
16. 管理人员交代的其他任务
