Job Duties and Responsibilities: 工作职责：
1. Be part of the product improvement team.
参与产品改进项目。
2. Handle customer compliant and provide 8D report.
客诉处理以及提供改进措施的8D报告。
3. Be responsible for monitoring of quality performance of supplier.
监督及负责工厂质量表现。
4. Document maintain and update Ｏn time.
现有文件的维护以及更新。
5. Be part of supplier process yearly audit.
参与工厂年度审核
6. Maintain robust processes to deliver excellent quality products and industry leading service to our customers
确保流程稳健，为客户提供优质的产品和行业领先的服务
7.Coordinate Factory Assessment Audits of all existing and potential suppliers to ensure that their infrastructure and processes are adequate to supply products which conform to International Standards and will meet the requirements of AFA Quality Standard
协调所有现有和潜在供应商的工厂评估审核，确保他们的基础设施和流程能够提供符合国际标准和AFA质量标准要求的产品
8.Organize the root cause analysis with AFA’s suppliers for the complaints from the customer. Working out robust action plan and continuous improvements to acquire high customer satisfactory

9.Implement Ｏngoing QC checks of key inbound components, in line production and product performance, inconjunctionwith our key supplier partners. Ensure any rectification work is carried out within a reasonable timeframe and within budget

10. Implement risk management in the function based Ｏn a risk-based action plan

Education and Experience:
College education or above, major in mechanical is prefer
专科及以上学历，机械/制造 - 原材料及加工/模具专业优先考虑
At least 3 years experiences in injection molding field or plastic assembly field
3年以上行业工作经验
Strong communication skills with internal and external teams
与公司内部及工厂有良好的沟通技巧
Good knowledge of APQP, familiar with quality tools like FMEA, Gants, SPC etc.
了解APQP，熟悉FMEA, Gants, SPC等质量工具;
Familar with ISO9000， BRC is prefered
熟悉ISO9000, BRC优先
CET4-Able to read and write the English, preferred oral English.
大学英语四(若工作中能使用英语交流及文件编写，将优先考虑)
Experience in P&G qualified vendor is prefered
有宝洁合格供应商经验者优先考虑
