Business Development in PLASTIC PACKAGING industry , Beauty Care and Cosmetics

Summary of this position:
The successful incumbent should be responsible for promoting company image in the market and for identifying and developing the potential business segment/domestic and multi-international customer from open market and sales of the Packaging product to targeted customers specially in Beauty Care and Cosmetics


Main Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new customers, develop potential business of all new accounts and new segment with new customer’s development
Provide solutions to support customers in their logistics and production activities
Identifying and developing new business segment/customer in line with / to meet company target
Establishment and maintain customer relationship
Market analysis Ｏn customers and competitors
Participation in tenders and follow up actions in offers, negotiations, project follow ups
Negotiations of all kinds of price, contracts, etc.
Elaboration of business plans and article calculations
Coordination all kind of customer requests and issues which covers commercial tasks e.g. international tenders , finance, operations, quality or technics

Education/Experience:
College degree in marketing, business administration and related field
Min. 5 years of experience in Business Development/sales of mass packaging products and or related activities in domestic market and clients
Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus


Qualifications/Skills:
Excellent computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Excellent numerical skills
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good at analytical and presentation capabilities
